You'll receive an instant mail and a text message on phone after successfully placing an order.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE AN ORDER TO REACH ME ?
It takes 2-3 days to make and process your order before it can be shipped. You can opt for either of the two modes for delivery - Standard Shipping or Express Shipping.
Express Shipping takes 3 to 6 days
Standard Shipping takes 20 to 30 days

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED ?
Yes, you can make changes to shipping address till we haven't shipped the order. If you still want to make changes after we have dispatched the order, you'll be charged extra.
I HAVE PAY FOR SHIPPING CHARGES ?
Yes, you do have to pay for shipping charges. All the prices of products mentioned on our website are exclusive of shipping charges and taxes / duties applicable as per your country policies.
WILL I BE CHARGED FOR DUTIES / TAXES ?
Yes. The import duty/ taxes shall be paid by the buyer if and when applicable in accordance to the country authorizations and policies.

HOW DO YOU MAKE SURE ORDER REACHES ME WITHOUT GETTING DELAYED ?
From our side, we positively dispatch an order within the given time frame, unless there is some technical issue. Once we dispatch, it then becomes your responsibility to track your order on the shipping company's website using the tracking number we have provided you through e-mail and sms.
MY ORDER GOT DESTROYED BY THE SHIPPING COMPANY. WHAT DO I DO NOW ?
Our Express shipping only attempts twice to deliver an order at an address provided by you. If you fail to receive an order, the shipping company puts it in their warehouse. The order is destroyed after 10-15 days as the nature of the shipment is International.
We do not refund for the same. It is customers responsibility to be physically present on either of the two times when the shipment arrives at the address.
WITH WHOM I HAVE TO FOLLOW UP REGARDING TRACKING MY ORDER - JAIPUR ART FACTORY OR SHIPPING COMPANY ?
Once we dispatch your order, you will receive an e-mail and sms which will have a tracking number and link to shipping company's website. From here on, you have to follow up on the shipping company's website regarding delivery of your order using the tracking code we have sent you.
IS THERE ANY POSSIBILITY OF MY ORDER GETTING DELAYED ?
From our end we process an order within the time frame mentioned above. Any delay from shipping company due to technical or natural reasons can result in the overall delay of an order. Please contact the customer care department from the shipping company's website to seek help if your order is being delayed.
THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED LOOK SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT FROM ITS IMAGE SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE. CAN I RETURN MY ORDER ?
Sorry, we do not offer any returns / refunds as our each and every product is handmade with vegetable dyes. This may cause the color to look a little dull in comparison to the ones with chemicals infused in it.
Also there may be asymmetry in the print due to hand printing. We do not offer any exchanges or refunds for the same.
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED PIECE. HOW CAN I GET IT REPLACED ?
Please get in touch within 48 hours after receiving the order. Send a mail at email@example.com describing the scenario. Our team will look into the matter and revert to you within the next 48 hours with a procedure to be followed for any replacement to happen.
I HAVE ORDERED A WRONG SIZE OR COLOR. CAN I GET IT EXCHANGED / REPLACED ?
No. Our each product is made to order so we don't offer any exchange or replacement.
